Hello lovely readers of how2keepupyourhealth, today I would like to share a great recipe with you guys!
I can imagine that a lot of you guys don’t have enough time to get a good breakfast in the morning, or get into snacking mood during the day. This cookie recipe is your answer to all of your problems.
This recipe is called oatmeal cookies and pretty simple to make. You will need:
- 150 gr. Oatmeal / oat flakes
- 5 tbsp. Apple syrup
- 150 gr. Spelt flower
- 100 gr. Grated coconut
- 150 gr. Raisins
- Tsp. Cinnamon
- Tsp. Salt
- 120gr. Melted butter (I prefer to use coco butter as a healthier alternative)
- 2 tbsp. Water
Yup that’s pretty much all you need, to make it even easier you need to put all the ingredients in a bowl and start mixing everything together. Don’t be afraid to use your hands. After you have mixed everything properly together you spread the dough evenly on your baking sheets. Then you let the cookies bake for 15 minutes on a preheated oven (180 ºC). Let the cookies cool off for a bit and then you can cut them in to slices and put into a cookie jar!!
