Hi lovely readers of how2keepupyourhealth, today I like to share a what’s in my bag (gym version).
So as many of you know already, I’m a gym fanatic and like to go to the gym as much as possible. Unfortunately I’m also a fulltime student, which makes me not be able to workout as many times as I like to. Therefore I’ve come up with a great Idea. I like my gym attire to be ready at all times, so when I do find the time it makes it easy for me to grab my bag and hit the gym.
First thing you need is obviously a bag; I’ve chosen this bag that was actually gifted to me from work. It’s a huge bag and it can fit anything so it’s perfect.
So what is actually in the bag??
- My lock (our lockers don’t have locks)
- Water bottle
- Ankle weights
- Gym clothes
- Waist trainer
- Deodorant (nobody wants to smell your stinking armpits!)
- Perfume (I guess I take the smelling thing to a next level don’t judge guys)
- Extra hair ties
