But first let me train my BUTT…

Hello lovers of how2tokeepupyourhealth, first and foremost happy new year!!!

I feel like the booty has become the most important feature on a women’s body. And I think we all have to thank Kim Kardashian for this! Yes there are multiple ways to get a bigger booty and today I will talk about some of my favourite workouts that will enhance the booty.

Personally I like to schedule out 1 day a week where I focus on my legs and but. I start off by doing 30 min cardio (treadmill most of the time), and it’s really up to you how long you like to do cardio. For me 30 min is perfect because my main focus is still losing weight. After this I start out by doing some leg exercises, which I think, are most effective for building up your glutes.


The first exercise is called the Bosu ball squats, this one looks really easy but trust me its not. Standing on the Bosu ball itself is hard enough because you need to hold your balance. So if you add the squat to it, it makes it even harder. The first time trying this exercise your legs will be shaking like crazy! But the more you repeat the easier it will get. Personally I like to add a little bit weight to it, by passing over a medicine ball (3 kg). You can leave out the weights if you’re a beginner at this particular exercise. We did this exercise for 3 sets of 15 reps.


The second exercise is called the kettle bell swing, We did this exercise for 3 sets of 15 reps.


The last workout is called lunges, but we added a little twist by doing it on a bosu ball (this will make the exercise more difficult and more effective. We also added a bit of weight to it by holding a dumbbell (3 kilo), We did this exercise for 3 sets of 15 reps.
